BOOKING POLICY
You are reserved on your tour with 10% (USD$295) of the total trip cost of USD$2,950.00.
The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before tour departure date.
These payments can be made via PayPal or Zelle.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel up to 30 days from the trip tour departure date and you will receive a full refund of your deposit. However, if you do not complete payment of your remaining balance at least 30 days prior to the tour departure date, you will forfeit your deposit and your place on the tour date that you reserved.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance once your flight and tour are booked:
⁃ Travel Insurance from World Nomads or Seven Corners.
*If you book a tour less than 30 days from the trip tour date you will need to pay in full and will lose your full payment if you cancel prior to the trip departure.
*If Nica Moto Tours cancels a tour that you are booked on, you will receive a full refund.
